How to View a Payroll BatchAfter a payroll batch has been run, payroll information can be reviewed at any time. There will be one line of summary information per employee. It includes their employee number, first name, last name, hours by type (normal, overtime, double time, total), hours detail (broken out to include holiday, vacation, sick and total), as well as the employee's gross earnings. To view a payroll batch, do the following:
Each line of summary data has a "Details" link at the far right of the data listing. Clicking on this link will allow you to view each of the employee's shift records.
