How to Run a Payroll Batch

There are two ways to run payroll in Spectrum TimeClock.  You can run a Quick Payroll Report, or you can run a Payroll Batch.  Running a payroll batch will make a copy of all employee time clock punches for record keeping purposes.  Payroll batch data can also be exported to a number of different payroll services.

To run a payroll batch, do the following:

  1. Login as an administrator.
  2. Click on the "Admin / Payroll / Run PR Batch" menu.
  3. Select the start date for the payroll period by clicking on a date in the left side calendar.
  4. Select the end date for the payroll period by clicking on the end date in the right side calendar.
  5. Click on the "Run Payroll Batch" button.
